2. Delivery (Shipping Policy)
NG-IT Consult provides IT consultancy, support, and advisory services. All services are delivered digitally (via remote access, email, or online meetings) or through physical attendance by prior agreement. No physical shipping fees apply to digital services. The service is considered delivered once the agreed-upon consultancy or support has been performed.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (Refund Policy)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase, provided the work has not yet commenced. To exercise this right, please contact us at ludanasta@live.dk.

Note: For the delivery of services and IT support, you agree that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the execution of the service has begun with your prior express consent. Any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

We accept payments through Airwallex (including credit cards and Bancontact). All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified.
