Breach of terms
NG IT Consulting reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time if these terms and conditions are violated. The customer also has the right to cancel the agreement under the same conditions.

Payment:
We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard. The amount will only be debited from your account when the service is delivered or the work commences as agreed. All prices are in DKK and include VAT (moms).
Delivery:
Services are delivered digitally or via physical attendance by prior agreement.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation):
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made via the website. For services that commence within these 14 days, you agree that the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully delivered.
Complaints (Reklamationsret):
A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
Privacy Policy (GDPR):
We only collect information necessary to deliver our services. Your data is never sold to third parties.
